First of all before going up to my room I was booked to a room that was booked already . I get to my room and it had a broken bed that was so noisy . I was moved to another room and I woke up with bed bugs. I was traveling with my 2 year old and I approached the staff and they offered no resolution or support . Never staying here again and don’t recommend

The property was ok, but nothing around is great. It’s unsafe location. Tiny lobby, staffs are terrible 😞 except the guy helped us checking in. But the two ladies were there, when we checked out, they were chatting & on the phone and we waited there to check out. Rooms are so small

I like to have a hotel phone in my room. I needed a wake up call and the man at the desk said he would come and knock on my door. The man at the desk when I left ...just after 5 AM was not the same man and I wonder if he passed my message re a wake up call to his replacement.

The place is convenient for what I needed for one nite. Close to airport a train station. Wouldn’t stay any longer.

Muito ruido, devido a proximidade com a estrada
O banheiro do quarto tinha enormes vazamentos
Np balcão do check in, tinha vazamentos do ar condicionado
O café da manha começa as 7:00 e sendo um hotel para viajantes do aeroporto, é tarde, pois quem tem voo cedo, como era meu caso, nao puder tyomar o cafe da manha
