They were friendly and helpful. Didnt have to leave the resort much. They also provided free entertainment like bingo and shows.

No me gusto que llegue al hotel y ni si quiera te ofrecen una botella de agua en la habitación llegue tarde al hotel tenía que tomar una medicina y me dijieron que tenían una tienda pero estaba cerrada

Disappointing on Expedia’s part that the room
I booked showed all ocean view rooms of the club suite but the room I got was Lagoon view. Disappointing because many of the rooms say “lagoon view” so I did not book a lagoon view room. I booked a room with all of its photos showing a view of the ocean but that’s not what I got. And when I checked in, they said it’s not their fault, it’s expedias.

This property is extremely good the room has a lot space is like apartment
