Awful stay. Shocked that Night Staff was unable to control Drunk group of obnoxious juniors dominating entire swimming pool for football game,, splashing all the camastros where adult guests were trying to enjoy their stay, using profanity, forcing adult couples out of pool area. I was hit in the face with the football while lying in camastro. Security did nothing. We booked because of the fotos of the pool but couldn’t use it for even 10 minutes! Arrival- Reception staff doesn’t smile. Low ceilings & bad lighting throughout. Vynl Floor hallways buckling from Humidity. But Very good chambermaids, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet management staff. Good shuttle. We are frequently in the area so we are used to inconveniences, but this was unbearable. The room Is good but common areas awful.

Didn’t have our room ready. After 30 minutes we were given a lesser room but charged the same price. Door card stopped working. Wi-Fi worked off and on. Sheets were stained.

I’m positive the staff there stole my child’s hat. It was left in the dinning area. When we came back for it we were told by a gentleman working there it was brought up to the front desk, they said they had nothing. I went back and he again told me he found it, even showed me the table he found it at. Same table we had breakfast at. I went back to the front, a manager came and said they had nothing. I took him to the man that found it. He spoke to him in Spanish, he seemed nervous and confused. Then the manager told me his misunderstood me and was telling me to check with the front desk. I know someone working there stole my child’s brand new hat. I bought it in my vacation and it was extremely overpriced so I was very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and would suggest avoiding it entirely.

When we got to the room at midnight we discovered in the bathroom. There was only one towel which as far as I'm concerned, they lose points for that. We werein a room with a king bed you'd think we would get 2 towels in the bathroom
