We had a great stay at Casa Caribe. Juarez Port is within walking distance and various places to eat as well. The room was cozy and the ac worked great. Place was not crowded. If you are looking for a place to just relax away from hotel zone this is the spot. Will stay again.

Staff were super friendly and the little apartment had everything we needed! Location is perfect and is right next door to the ferry port, where you can take a short boat ride over to Isla Mujeres! I love that this place is family run and I much prefer this over an all inclusive! The views are beautiful, and being able to watch the sunrise each morning on the beachfront is an added bonus. My only downside is that we paid for what we thought was breakfast included and it was only coffee. This is the only downside, otherwise, would give 5 stars :)

We came for our last couple of nights after staying on Isla Mujeres, so the location is perfect, right next to the ferry at Puerto Juarez. The place, especially the courtyard, is absolutely beautiful and well-kept, except the pool was very dirty so we didn't use it. Amazing view from our room. The "superior apartment" was listed to have a full kitchen, which it did, but there was not a single cooking pan or utensil available, even when we asked. We had food to cook, so we had to get extremely creative with aluminum foil and the gas cooktop. The bed was really firm and uncomfortable for me, but that wasn't a huge issue. Overall we enjoyed it and knew we wouldn't be getting a luxury hotel for the price we paid, but I would definitely be giving it a higher rating if cooking utensils had been available as stated in their literature.

I paid for ocean view. Did not receive ocean view. Had to change rooms halfway thru because we were having problems with hot water. 2nd room was a little better. Bad shower head but atleast it was hot water. Still not ocean view. Not the cleanest place. Stained sheets. No beach access. Sunrise blocked by the ferry next door so couldn’t get a good view. Pool was pretty cold. The breakfast was decent and good price but took along time to get. And we were only 1 of 2 tables of 2 people sitting there. Staff was very friendly. Very few spoke any English but it’s Mexico so I can understand that. Don’t think I would choose this property again unfortunately.

This property is good for those wanting to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun. It is super close (under 5 min walk) to the ferry port and it’s close a really good restaurant called San Remo, which was great!

This is a great spot. Feels like it’s off the beaten pathway, but right next to the ferry! Walkable to amazing local food. Staff is very nice and our room was amazing. Love this little gem.

Don't tell everyone. We like it the way it is

We love this little hideaway, away from the hubub of the Hotel zone, but near to the Isla Mujeres ferry. Quiet, on the water, with apartment style rooms perfect for us since we were visiting with family. We've been 3 times, never disappointed.

This place is perfect for those who don't want to be on a resort or in the busy hotel zone. The place is old and showing signs of wear, but the outdoor area was beautiful, right on the water and next door to the Isla Mujeres ferry. Lots of excellent local places to eat that are very close and reasonably priced. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a more authentic mexico experience than the resort life, then this is the place for you.

This hotel is right around the corner from the ferry to Isla Mujeres. After a long flight, Casa Caribe was a perfect stop before heading to the island the next day. There was a lot of construction in the area due to hurricane damage. Be aware that "breakfast included" means toast, coffee and juice but the family will make you a more substantial breakfast for a very low cost.
