The rooms were spotless and featured a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, the convenience of having a grocery store right across the street was a major plus.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, spacious, and the pet-friendly amenities were great!! Wish we were staying longer!

As always, The Abode Belconnen delivers value for money with a “no fuss” attitude, you get great value for money, and a high standard of service and reliable, well presented accommodation. No surprises, just like the others abode hotels I have stayed at. Oh yes !! Except for the cleaning staff here this morning and Twice at Woden ( last year) who have walked in with no knock , no tentative hello , and 3 times have found me looking like a startled animal in car headlights.. all 3 times naked .. maybe I am a species that is not marked off in their “must spot list “ or management could drum home the point that they are to be quite sure that they are not intruding on a late middle aged male guest who could squeal, have a heart attack or defend himself from the threat of being seen squealing, heart attacking or generally looking like nude startled fauna!!

Staff were friendly and very helpful, superbly clean rooms, though the lifts were confusing at first but you’ll get the hang of it.

Unfortunately this is multi-shared parking that the structure is cumulatively more complicated. We appreciate your valuable feedback. Overall it’s been good few things leaking washing machine and air con was not working properly for one of the room however they did offer to change the room which we didn’t take the offer. One more thing the room cleaning services must not be daily
