Great staff, beautiful grounds and very nice rooms. Highly recommend getting a room with a patio - they open onto an area with fire pits and overlook the water - really nice.

Property is 5 star except for restaurant service which is very poor. Also, at 6 am, there is no coffee in the lobby and the coffee bar is closed

Check in was delayed for almost two hours for one room. Yoga has limited spot. Other than that was good.

What a wonderful experience in the Finger Lakes. The area of Canandaigua had everything we needed and the location of the Inn was perfect. Will definitely return.
