To begin with the property just wasn't ready for guests. Work was still being done, trash was everywhere, and when there was the slightest stain on an already dirty bed cover, many people had no doubt left those stains and had to pay to "replace' them, but they were used over and over. The advertisement said AIR CONDITIONING but the room we booked had AC in only the bedroom. The large smart YV was in a living room with hard wooden chairs, nit cushioned like the photos. Who puts a large tv in a non air conditioned room with wooden chairs? An idiot or a liar, thats who! They argued every single point and as an example, before even trying to wash a towel, wanted to bill me to wash it. The same with the bed cover. It was very simply a scam in the midddle of a beautiful environment. The staff when i tried to leave, because i am not Vietnamese, told the cab driver not to take me. So before they even washed any items, they wanted to be paid. They had 2 cards on file, and still it was 6 of them and one of me. Ine man, the rest women. Finally my partner paid them but i assured them just like im writing this, Expedia will not pay them for the bait and switch routine. Avoid the place like the plague. Low customer service and the staff all haggling behind the management back to get paid to clean or do laundry. NOT A SINGLE HONEST PERSON there except for the night security

We would like to clarify all your reviews belows:1. You booked Deluxe Double Room. It's a room including bedroom and living room, it's described clearly on Expedia.com that it's equipped Air-conditioning, we don't mentioned that there is an Air-conditioning at the living room. Because you didn't like it, we changed you to another room - that is more expensive without any extra fees. 2. During your stay, we also offer you the best services like: a private pool for you, 4-5 juice/ day, serve breaksfast following your special request that not mentioned in menu, coconut for your outside friends also. We trust that we serve you as enthusiasticly and thoughtfully as we can. 3. You have blood on 2 bed sheets, 1 bed runner, 3 large towels and 2 small towels. You said that housekeeping didn't change your sheets, but the truth is that they did, evidence recorded by the camera in the corridor. They can't be cleaned although we tried our best. And as policies of any hotels/ homestays, the penalty will be charged for broken items. But you definitely didn't compensate for the damage you caused. You called a taxi and leave without paying. That's why we kept the taxi. 4. The worst thing is you insulting our Vietnamese culture, blaming our housekeeping staff and receptionist as liars. A polite international guest definitely didnot do like that. We will report you with Expedia.com

This resorts is hard to see from the street, but you will get a very welcome from the staffs when you reached to the receptionist :
Ngọc Hân , Lê Thanh Tú …
The room we ordered for 4 with 1 king size and 1 queen size is big and charming.
Here you don’t worry about food because you can order anything , they will buy and cook for you . There is a big pool and fruit trees are within your reach
If you want to relax , here is the place! It is not too far from the citi
We really enjoy our stay.

We arrived late and kept changing plans. Nothing was too much trouble when we arrived. We had no Vietnamese (only English) and they had no issues communicating with us.
The rooms were massive, clean and perfect tropical style. We loved it and wish we had more time!
