Good all around and attentive staff. Lost out on breakfast day of checkout. They tried to accommodate but it wasn’t the greatest. They tried with what they had available. Breakfast didn’t open early enough for me since we had to catch a flight. I wish I could have been reimbursed some money.

Hotel is quaint and has many amenities. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was varied. Restaurants in the area that we ate at were not the greatest and really overpriced. That was the only negative here.

Good hotel close to airport for a couple nights to explore palma/surrounding area. Rooms were clean and bright, beds comfortable and no issues during our stay. It can be quite loud outside. Good dining options around and easy to get around to go explore palma/the island. Staff were nice and able to hold onto our bags until check in time so we could explore.

The hotel Is located close to the beach and very clean, and the staff is friendly and doing a good job. I liked their healthy breakfast.

The hotel is beautifully situated by the water, with nice shops and food along with water. The breakfast was delicious, too

This property had views from most rooms. Service was excellent and friendly. It was right next to the harbor so if you want to charter a boat, it’s really convenient from BQ Aguamarina. The rooftop pool was amazing. It wasn’t heated so if you go before summer, like I did, it can be chilly. Food was great. Get the daily breakfast. You won’t be disappointed! I can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel, excellent location and amazing customer service!! Has a great stay here and would highly recommend it. Love the rooftop pool and view!
