Posted 9 May 2022 on HotelsVery easy to find. Would have been picturesque had we not arrived on a cool dank evening. Nowhere to have an evening meal, just cold cheese and meat platter in the bar. No English spoken. Excellent delicatessen. Pleasant room with Juliet balcony overlooking the lake. A Red Kite flew close by.

Overnight pre Santander ferry.
Posted 14 Jul 2020 on HotelsNice big room with en suite bathroom, double doors opening out onto a small balcony. Right next to the reservoir and 3 restaurants to choose from in the same road, all within walking distance. Nice overnight stay on the way to Santander.

Lovely hotel, poor restaurant choice
Posted 13 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe room and hotel area were great but the only choice of food in the attached cafe / bar was a ham, chorizo and cheese selection platter - which doesn't count as having a restaurant. It was a nice platter but a choice of meal would have been good and vegetarians / vegans would have had to go hungry.

Beautiful view across the lake from our room.
Exceptional value for money.
Only downside no one speaks English so learn some Spanish.
