Great place and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. The receptionist Murilo was so kind. The breakfast is also great, but the hotel is old and could be in a better shape.

Shower room leaking water outside of the bathroom making the whole bathroom soaked wet after shower. When I complained with the front desk, here is what she said: “It is high season and we don’t want to loose incomeby shutting the room down for repairs”. And I said: really? So, the hell with the customers, right? Who have to be in that mess so your hoteldoes not loose money. This is not acceptable and very resentful. She just started at my face and did not say anything else. There was NO apology or even any sympathy. I do not recommend this place at all.

Pet Friendly Hotel

Pros: Pet friendly. Breakfast buffet included.
Cons: Change the door locks to use electronic card entry systems.
Location: There is a drugstore/pharmacy in the corner for last minute items, We went to a padaria (bakery) called Nico Paneteria. Recommended.
We choose this hotel primarily because we were traveling with our (small) dog. Another hotel that did not accept pets recommended us to try this one. It was a good choice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel is not new but well maintained. The doors still use regular keys so they ask us to drop them at the front desk when we go out. A little inconvenient, The rooms are very spacious and clean but also very simple. The floors are tile (no carpet), which I liked since they allow pets. They have a underground garage. It is narrow but they have plenty of parking space. It can be difficult to maneuver sometimes but they have valet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good but it is small. The area is quiet so we could sleep well. The breakfast buffet was included. It was good and the fresh fruit was very tasty. We did not have time to try the pool or dine-in. The check-out process was quick and since the room was pre-paid we only paid for the items we got from the room fridge and the "pet fee".

Convenient Hotel that hits all the basics

English spoken fluently. Microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, plate in room. Missing silverware and glasses. Good AC, hot water, etc. Breakfast great. Parking for 17 reals a day.

Cons: Room refresh
Very simple and average rated hotel. Good location. The room is clean but it's old and urges a refresh. Staff is nice.
