Only stayed one night, and the installations are simple, but it served its purpose.

AC won’t cool down the room.
Toilet won’t flush correctly.
Mattress is terrible.
Place is not clean.

Very close to the airport. Uber ride in the morning was only R$10. Many units. Free breakfast buffet in two dining rooms.
But had run down, "tired" appearance... They keep it basically clean... Probably a lot of traffic over the years, in need of some renovation, power washing, painting, etc.
