It's fine and has mostly what one would expect. The coolest thing was that each room had an American outlet! We took adapters, but that was very useful. Breakfast was so-so. Not as nice as some places I've stayed. We stayed six days, and it was the same every day so I got really tired of it. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we wanted to use it; water was cold. We had four rooms for our group. One was bigger and had two TVs. Neither worked right; one had one channel. We checked out of three of the four rooms and took all our stuff to the fourth (that part of our group stayed one more night) so we could grab our things a few hours after checkout to head to the airport. But the front desk insisted we had to take them out and bring them downstairs to the baggage room. It was just easier for us to leave in our fourth room for a few hours. That was frustrating. But in many ways, the front desk was happy to help with little things we needed in the course of our stay, so it was mostly fine. I don't think I'd stay there again, but it did the job for us.

Cost benefit friendly. 18 mim from airport, 10 mim away from everything.

Overall the stay was good, front desk attendants were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean. Location is not so friendly if your plans are to go out by walking at night, as it is centrally located.

Eng: I was in the hotel for an overnight stay, so I couldn't know much about the facilities available. But I liked what I saw. The hotel is very well located and easy to reach. Both check-in and check-out were fast and simple, and the staff was efficient and polite. The place was clean and all the safety rules for the pandemic were met. The room was simple, but it was quiet, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfy although pillows were not what I would like, but nothing serious. As it was a cold night, I didn’t turn on the air conditioner. The blanket available did a very good job keeping me warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower was nice and strong. Breakfast was started at 07:00 which I though was a little too late for a weekday. As my appointment was also early, I unfortunately couldn't try it so I can't say how it was. Valet parking was charged at the check-in and the value of R$20,00 for a 24-hour-stay was pretty reasonable. All in all, it was a good experience and I will come back, which will happen next month.

This hotel is good but not amazing. Check in was quick and easy and all staff members very helpful and polite. My comment is in terms of the property itself that is dated and in much need of a refurb. The fridge in the room I stayed was very noisy and would wake me up everything time the motor was switched on. Due to COVID I didn't want to change rooms so decided not to complain at the time. This was totally my option but I thought I should provide the feedback. Breakfast was poor. Loads of carbs, no fruits, yogurts or any other healthy option. This is something that can be improved too.
