Unfortunate Timing
Posted 20 Aug 2018The location was lovely & the Hotel staff were lovely. We were keen to stay, as the restaurant had a good reputation and it was the last night of our holiday. Unfortunately, due to holidays, or similar, they were running a basic fixed menu for 38E each which to say the least was strange.

Well not just what was expected.

An anniversary occasion spoilt by overheated rooms and less than comfortable beds.
Staff and proprietors very friendly...food good......just don't expect perfection.
Breakfast advice.....get up early, because there are no refills when the food goes.

Pros: The staff and the cleanliness
Cons: Introduce a much more realistically priced menu for tourists who wish to dine for less than €100 per night.
Location: Pleasant rural setting on the edge of a prosperous hamlet.
The hotel is in a pleasant rural setting and our room was clean and comfortable. However, the pool was not very clean and there was no lighting between the car park and the hotel. We would have liked to have eaten in but, with the menus starting at 46€ we decided to go back to
Pont Audmer instead. We opted out of breakfast.
