Breakfast was good and the waitresses were very polite. But!! If you want to relax, do not come here! There are armies of a very vocal retailers and screaming children everywhere! I dislike it profoundly. Rooms are tiny and congested (The sink in the room was broken, but was fixed later). A few minute before of the opening of the outside pool, the army of retirees who are NOT staying in the hotel arrive and occupy all of the chairs. While the guests of the hotel can not get to the pool before 9 am. The key is simply not working. No priority for the hotels’ guests whatsoever. Strongly recommend NOT to stay. Beach towels 5 euros each which is a hidden cost I feel cheated! I want a full refund!

Dear mrs Nellee, I am Stefano Cartei answering. First of all it's not true I was not available during your stay; I talked to your husband, who asked me my name at the end of our conversation perhaps just for having the satisfaction to mention my name unproperly. Then your review is very incomplete. During your stay you changed three different rooms; then you found the one. In which unfortunately you broke the sink; but we didn't charged you any extra and we fixed it in the evening (we discovered it in the morning during the clening, very luckily because you did not mentioned it at the reception). Paying for the services requested is a duty: so it is for the courtesy set, for the electronic keys of the rooms you wanted to keep as a gadget (but a key is a key, not a gadget), and I could go on but I stop. They have an indoor swimming pool maintained at 36 deg Cwhich is the first for me. Like a giant hot jacuzzi. Impressive.else the hotel is quite far from Piombino in case you were here for that. Am surprised this website doesn't offer hotels closer to the town centre of Piombino. Everything is at least 10 miles away.

Struttura nel complesso accogliente e ben organizzata. Personale eccellente. Da migliorare: -Ristorante interno(grave pecca sia chiuso per cena) -Pulizia delle pareti della piscina e manutenzione.

Struttura ottima da ogni punto di vista ad eccezione della piscina termale interna .due postazioni (su quattro) di idromassaggio non funzionavano , limitando, in tal modo il suo pieno utilizzo

Struttura ottima, pulita , gradevole sia per ciò che riguarda le piscine che per ciò che riguarda le stanze. Piccolissimi nei ma facilmente eliminabili come l’orologio della piscina interna non funzionante ed una presa elettrica posta in mezzo al letto matrimoniale all’altezza dei cuscini. Per il resto nulla da eccepire.
