Attention to detail and service made this a subpar experience. We arrived to find a nearly empty roll of toilet paper with no extras. When we called the front desk, we were instructed to "find a housekeeping staff member." We also booked a room for three individuals and there were no linens for the pull out sofa so we had to go hunt those down. The elevator carpeting had a nasty looking stain that remained through our visit. Our room cleanliness was fine, though family staying there had trash cans that were left full. Breakfast offering was sparse and the coffee, which comes out of the dispenser at a surprisingly aggressive rate, was way too hot so you'd nearly burn yourself to get a cup. Our room was on the top floor, which I would usually love, but we were next to the stairs and the stairwell door closed so hard that we were woken up several times during the night. My husband finally went to shove off washcloth in the hinge just to stop the banging. Overall very poor experience and I would not return.

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that your room was not to your liking at check in. I'm not sure why our breakfast would have been sparse unless our breakfast attendant was in the process of filling it up. This is not a usual experience at our hotel so I do again apologize. We hope you change your mind and give us another try while you are in the area.

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel was nice, the room clean and comfortable and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend .

We extended our stay to 5 days. The room was never cleaned and we had to ask for more towels. There is clearly a housekeeping staff shortage. The front staff were helpful and friendly.

It was nice that everything was close by but the main reason that was important was because coffee and breakfast there was terrible

I tried several times to cancel this reservation and was not able to get through to someone.
