Lovely property in great location, just a 5 minute walk from King’s Cross. The room was small, expected for London. Appeared clean but very dirty and dusty under the bed. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Apart form that, it was ideal for what we needed for a 2 night stay.

Clean conveniently located property. Typical mid price hotel. Ask for a room on at least the ground floor as the basement had no windows, very small room for two people and no cleaning or even emptying of waste baskets in two days we were there.

Compact but had everything we needed. Didn’t realise tea & coffee wasn’t provided but not a deal breaker.

Loved the price the room was cosy and warm with mood lighting so I didn't need to use the main light the bed was comfy and the staff where friendly and helpful i will be definitely staying again

It’s a very clean comfortable hotel, with great staff and good security. Its just the area around that end of King Cross is dirty and tacky. But the transport links are good. It’s really funny as you go across the Rd and it’s all swank where they have built around the canal. That part is lovely.

Easy distance from St Pancras/King's Cross stations. Smallish room but modern and well designed with everything needed for overnight stay. No kettles in room but could buy coffee from the machine in the downstairs bar. Staff friendly and overall felt safe and secure.
