Hello Mr. Sack,I'm sorry to learn of your score of a 2 out of 5. I'm trying to understand your comment further so we can improve. As I investigate your reservation, you booked a River View Fireplace Suite King on Expedia. But I understand upon your arrival you had thought you booked something else. I am pleased to learn that Denise was able to find you accommodations with two beds. I have just finished reviewing our Expedia page and all of the images are correct on all of our room types to include the one you booked so I'm unsure how we could have done better. However, we would be extremely pleased to book your next stay directly so that we can tailor the experience. We take great pride in working with all of our guests to ensure everything is just right.

I like the old / new feel of the building
