I checked in and there was no phone in the room the entire stay even after asking for a phone. There was no iron in the room for our clothes we checked an event. Eventually the iron was bought to our room with the promise of a phone. We never received phone. We booked for 4 people and only had two towels we had to request towels. No wifi connection as promised trash was on the floor after cleaning. I am requesting to compensated for our inconvenience! Thank you
