Don’t book this

Booked and paid for 3 nights at last minute because of a family emergency at Addenbrokes hospital. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide.

Nice quiet flat in good location.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work purposes, only really used for showering, sleeping & some breakfast the next morning but a good size flat & comfortable. There is parking avaliable but we didn’t use due to leaving our vehicle on site. Location is in walking distance to restaurants, bars & convenience shops which we used rather than cooking. Despite the closeness the flat is nice & quiet & little noise is to be heard. Only issues we had was minor & could be sorted with tightening of screws. Whilst not advertised in the booking they do take take a deposit for any potential damages which is to be understood but was a surprise when I saw the charge as like I said it wasn’t advertised at the time of booking. Wouldn’t have a problem booking this flat again if it’s avaliable next time I’m working in Cambridge.

Clean and cozy apartment close to the train station. I would recommend it!
