The apartment was stunning in modern design and tidy presentation. I didn't want to leave!
The balcony is a bonus and on a Sunday morning you can hear the Chapel bells ringing from the centre.
The beds were very comfortable and there was a small single room off the main bedroom. So could have been counted as three rooms. Two shower/bathrooms and fresh, clean towels.
I love the decor and communication with CityStay was excellent. I would definitely book here again. Furthermore, this apartment was close to the centre of Cambridge.

Fantastic apartment near the railway station. All mod cons, 2 bedrooms and reserved parking in a garage below the apartment block. A lot of attention to detail, including breakfast supplies and snacks. Nearby there are several cafes. A bit of a walk into Cambridge, but buses go from the station. Really enjoyed this stay!

Dangerous/injured
Posted 17 Jun 2016 on Hotelsone bedroom's bed has legs that protrude outward under a quilt creating a hidden safety hazard. I tripped on the protruding hidden leg, damaged my knee badly, went to the emergency room and completely wrecking our trip. 2 weeks later I have seen an orthopedic surgeon, had fluid drained from my knee, and still cannot bend my leg. Management was notified and did not even acknowledge the concern or suggest they would fix this dangerous condition. Stay here at your own risk.

The bed leg does not protrude out, you simply fell over and injured yourself - the blame for this lies with yourself.
Im very disappointed that you wrote such a review.
Obviously we are saddened to hear that you injured yourself however this should not reflect badly on Citystay as a company.
Hopefully people will be able to read this response and ignore this insolence.

Nice Residential Setting
Posted 4 May 2015Excellent staff who welcomed us and explained the various features of the apartment very well. The small collection of groceries was a great extra. The place is a first rate 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with a large balcony. I plan to stay there again.

Un séjour agréable
Posted 31 Jul 2015 on HotelsAccueil chaleureux malgré la fait qu'il faut les informer de l'heure à laquelle nous arrivons car personne n'est sur place en permanence. L'appartement avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Ils ont même offert le jus, le lait, l'eau, les céréales, le pain, des confitures et des fruits donc nous avions assez de nourriture pour le premier matin. Le seul point négatif est que la climatisation n'est pas incluse dans le prix. Ils peuvent la fournir pour un supplément.
