1 No reception 24hrs so limited support provided
2. Due to pt.1, service was not good. Missing face aand bath towels. When called their reception (which is in the other Group hotel nearby), the support staff refuse to provide it in the evening time. Jad to wait till next morning for it.
3.Breakfast was with good options
and good breakfast staff.
4.Room 4 is not well planned, TV on the side wall not opposite to the bed.
5 They too refundable deposit but never explained the purpose of it..bit weired for good hotels to do it.

Check in went smoothly with a lovely Iranian lady, she was very kind and helpful!
The double room we were given was a good size with tea and coffee making facilities, and it overlooked the river and park, the room was warm and everything was clean, the bed was comfy, so no complaints about the room at all.
All staff was lovely, polite and helpful!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Arundel House Hotel and will no doubt be returning!!!

The hotel is perfectly serviceable, but there is little that is modern or special (and this is reflected in the price). Reception and breakfast staff were lovely, but reception is only open between 3 and 9pm. Soundproofing between rooms is poor. It's a lovely walk along the river into the centre of the city.

The room was good and has everything you need for a short stay, if maybe a bit dated. One challenge is that I could hear every footstep from the room above. The room was tidy but things such as the cups and kettle had dust on them and there was some hair left for me in the shower. One thing I will say was that the staff at breakfast were great and couldn't do enough for you. Overall, a good short stop in Cambridge.

Staff friendly.. on-suite a bit cosy, needed some tlc.. didn't feel I could use the shower ( a bit grubby).. other than that the rest was ok.. breakfast was good.
We could hear people coming in at night, and in the rooms either side and above..

Good location with many nice restaurants and bars within a short walk....but there was no noise from any of these
Ample Parking is also a great bonus.
We enjoyed a cooked breakfast to start our day off which was very nice
