Easy to find, own car park, nice evening meal in the restaurant, good breakfast.

Good, just a bit tired.

It's old, obviously, and it has great historic value, it just felt a bit tired, somewhere where you put your old furniture when you don't know what to do with it. The staff where lovely, friendly and very attentive. Dinner was had outside as the sun set, the food was nice, a little forgetful. We thought of dining downstairs in the wine cellar however there was no one else there so we ate outside. Don't expect aircon etc or interior design. However as a trip back in time it was OK and as mentioned the staff were very friendly. Plenty of safe parking and relatively good value.

Loved the idea of staying in an old Chateau. The public spaces are lovely but the room I was in was a bit tired and could use a little spiffing up.

Cambrai and a place to stay.
Posted 9 Oct 2019 on HotelsInteresting locality but set in grounds making ut a quier location. A good restaurant on site. Do not expect modern, this is shabby chic in a 19th century country house.
