This was the worst experience of my life and will report it to Corporate. They called the Sheriff on us without notice that apparently my kids were being loud horrible people who think it’s okay to scare our kids shame on you Denise who called the sheriffs on us

Carpets throughout the hallways and inside elevators are very old and lost color . the person above my room was so noisy that i slept only 4 hours both night .this hotel must be very old and I think they should fix the floors and lay new carpets
