Very disappointing
Posted 22 Mar 2019 on HotelsWe arrived at the hotel and were told that we did not have a reservation as the property was being renovated. We were put in a neighbouring casa with a lovely lady but the casa was not as nice/big as our original booking.
Very disappointed with the whole situation and not sure if hotel Italia took another booking and disregarded ours.

This little hotel is in the center of Camaguey beautiful colonial city.
The owner are kind and thoughtful. The room are big, bright and clean. In the hotel the owner is chef too and prepare delicious dishes.

Itália a casa colonial aconchegante
