We were traveling through and hadn’t been in the area before. Picked based on the reviews. It wasn’t so great. Bathroom walls had yuck…old toothpaste, etc. no blankets, just a sheet and cover. Shower water didn’t drain well. Paint peeling on bathroom walls, fan in bathroom didn’t work. Not clean and not comfy. Outside looks good. Breakfast was terrible. There was old bread, no spoons, hardly any food. We ended up eating somewhere else. Would not stay again.

First the customer service was really good and friendly and I appreciate them. The room was okay. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable to me but to each their own. The breakfast was limited to waffles, a couple types of cereal, yogurt and bagels. Basically things that wouldn't need cooked by staff. There was a large gravel parking area for Semi's, RVs and Trucks with boats like mine which is great. There was a decent amount of trash scattered throughout this gravel lot and there were 110 plug-ins all along the edge of the cement parking, BUT except for 1, they were all disconnected and many either busted or broken. These are all fixable issues, if the owners decide to fix them. I'd consider staying here again but would also look around for other options.

We did not like the small bathroom. Not as easy for roomers who are in their 70's!

Check in quick and efficient. BUT, at the end the guy said "here is your key, you are in room 212." How does anyone in the hospitality industry not know that you should not announce a guest's room number so that everyone else in the lobby hears it? My rating would have been higher had it not been for this one very important thing.

The staff were very friendly and kind. The facility in general is just old and dated, but the room I stayed in wasn’t kept very clean. There was a dead spider in the ceiling corner of the bathroom and a crack in the bathtub. The foot felt dirty and behind the beds was four layers worth of dust. Also behind the bed, there were clothing articles left by a previous guest that hadn’t been picked up. So clearly they do not clean behind the beds. It was so gross. Like I said everyone was nice, but they definitely need to clean their rooms better.
