Convenient B&B but a bit run-down
Posted 29 Sep 2016 on HotelsDifficult to get in -- we had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to appear, and then it seemed that he was not expecting us. Fortunately there was a family room free. The breakfast was basic. Helpful information was provided about the local area and the owner offered a taxi service to the station which was appreciated.

Modest, but pleasant and clean B & B.

Pros: An excellent value for a clean B & B.
We were very happy with our stay at the Girosa. Our room was clean and quiet. The proprietors were very pleasant and helpful. The B & B is located in a quiet area at only a short walk from the center of the historic town center.

Uninspiring but cheap

Pros: Turned out to be fairly quiet. Cheap. Clean
Cons: Accessibility - needs to have someone there who knows you are arriving instead of just a phone number on the door! Needs some off street parking
Location: Undoubtably Caltigirone is an interesting town
Much difficulty in finding the owner/operator to open up the hotel - locked when we arrived in late afternoon with only a phone number on the door. Eventually found a caretaker/manager who had to make phone calls to his partner to confirm our booking. Breakfasts was adequate without surprises

Centralità e pulizia.
B&b con parcheggio vicino gratuito e camere pulite e confortevoli.
Colazione interna alla struttura e ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo.
