"This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA."

"Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."

Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. "Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! "
