The room we stayed in was not clean. The shower was starting to overflow. It would not drain. I had to pull the drain cover up and remove the wad of hair that was clogging the drain. Thoroughly disgusting. Also, the free breakfast was empty 30 minutes before the breakfast time frame expired. Spilled food stayed on the floor and was tracked throughout the room. The restroom in the lobby stunk and was dirty.

The property has newer and updated rooms which was nice. The lure quickly wore off when our bathroom was not clean- we contacted the front desk and they took care of it. My daughter also pointed out that there were gummy worms and potato chips under her pull out couch that I had to pick up so my son wouldn’t put them in his mouth.

This was a very nice location and stay. But, this was a business trip for us. We did not have access to the internet for at least 15 hours. This was a show stopper for us. We missed deadlines because of this situation.😔

We booked two rooms at this hotel for a business trip, confirming our reservation days in advance. Upon arrival at 5 pm, instead of a warm welcome, we were abruptly informed that our rooms were unavailable and were reassigned to a motel two blocks away. No satisfactory explanation was provided initially, and we were assured that the alternative accommodation was comparable in quality. This was far from the truth. The motel we were directed to was not only a downgrade but also a concerning environment, complete with disturbances in the parking lot. The motel's reception was unwelcoming, and the staff members were unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. The room conditions were deplorable: offensive odors, malfunctioning lights, stained curtains, and an unsafe and dingy atmosphere. After this unacceptable experience, we returned to the original hotel to speak with the manager, only to discover this was a known issue being inadequately managed by reallocating guests to substandard accommodations. We requested a full refund and left the hotel, deeply disappointed by the management's lack of accountability. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel, as handling such situations is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and potentially unsafe.
