For an overnight stay while traveling for under $100, this place fit the bill. The room smelled clean and was quiet once the folks upstairs went to bed. The personnel were friendly without being overly so. The barebones breakfast had the essentials of juice, coffee, yogurt, bananas and muffins. Plus the discount at Ruby Tuesdays (within walking distance) was a welcome surprise. All in all, a wise choice.

The toilet had not been cleaned. Shower curtain was torn and would not stay in position at the ends close to the wall.

It is older and not the cleanest, dusty. We were up off the ground and not in the rain, but just not the cleanest place. Double Bed as comfortable.

The ceiling in our room was badly patched. It looked as if it were going to fall down at any moment.
