My only complaint - the A/C was a little noisy . . .

The hotel front desk lady was wonderful ! Older hotel but rooms are quite comfy.

Dear Larissa, As per our records, you suppose to check out at 11am and when the front desk staff requested to check out , you were not happy. However, you had checked out at 1245hrs and we were not able to reach your room as you put DND on the phone. Even your sister did tried reaching you but you were not answering the phone. We hope this might be not the reason to give us bad review as we did our best to ensure you had a comfortable stay.Sincerely,Management
