Not a great stay. Road noise was so loud. Pool was broken. Continental breakfast was not good. Room was fair but not in great condition.

We chose to stay here because it was close to the train station and the saddledome. Check in/check out was easy and good. Room was spacious but the bed was rock hard. Felt like you were sleeping on a board. But as for parking. What a s**t show. We came for a concert, as I assume alot of people did. The stalls were super small even in just an suv, couldn’t imagine a truck. Says there’s under ground parking, but it was locked up when we tried to access it. Called in and they said it was closed. So had to find our own parking. Online says there’s a restaurant, well there’s not. It closed. All it all it was alright. Definitely wouldn’t stay again unless absolutely had to.

Our stay was extremely poor as when we first arrived on sight the hotel amenities were down. The contental breakfast was terrible, juice was warm, eggs were dry, and the meat was poor quality. When the pool eventually reopened pieces of broken tile were around and children were throwing these pieces of tile around. There was no enforcement of the rules and this was extremely unsafe.

Good hotel. Nothing setting it apart from others. Clean, friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Parking needs an upgrade though. Not much on the top level and they dont have very good signs to show where the underground parking is. I would stay here again.

Pool closed first day. Hot tub cold rest of stay. Bathroom so tiny you can barely close the door once you’re in it. Elevator only worked some of the time.
