Hotel was under construction during our stay. We arrived in the evening, it was dark, entrance had scaffolding, no signs to direct you towards the entry, a trip hazard as the walkway was not level due to various uneven ground surfaces leading you to front door. Was informed at check in that water would be turned off at 0800 but they had a porta potty available. No discount was offered for the inconveniences.

I am trying to check in and there’s no one at the front desk. I got here at 9:30 in the evening on my check in night there’s no one in the front desk. The hotels is under construction and no one answers the phone. There’s two phone number, sir and no one answers. If no one shows up at the front desk in 15 minutes, I want a refund

breakfast was mostly yogourt, corn flakes, coffee and some fruit. Sitting at the lobby. Not what I expected of Holiday Inn

Under construction and we had to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor no working elevator.

The price of the room one night was $298 while the entire property is under construction. It was dirty and room had peeling reglazing, door was not locking.
