No heat at extremely freezing temperature

Good afternoon Samuel,The temperature in Calatayud during those days did not drop below 13ºC (56ºF) while during the day there were temperatures of 21ºC (69ºF).However, from the room, I had control of the heating, in addition to having blankets in the room.However, at the reception we assisted him on several occasions, and he was able to tell us that he was cold so we could teach him how to use the heating.The only thing we have noted is that he complained about the cold to a colleague and it was because he had left the window open.The colleague who attended to him closed it and explained how to turn on the heating.Same colleague who invited him to dinner.We are sorry for your bad experience, which would have been easily fixed if you had communicated your needs to us.Receive a cordial greeting

Para dormir, horrible, colchones mala calidad que se hunden, se aplastan de los lados cuesta trabajo hasta levantarse etc. para mi es lo principal de un hotel, una buena cama para descansar, no se si era solo en mi habitación, pero pueden comprobarlo.

El personal de la recepción muy agradable y después a ayudar en cualquier cuestión.
Quizá el hotel necesite un poco de actualización pero por el precio está bien y céntrico

Alojamiento centrico
Posted 28 Jan 2024 on HotelsEs un hotel que cuenta con restaurante y precio calidad es acorde, esta bien. la habitacion en la que me aloje que daba al paseo es amplia. el personal es educado y amable. Hacen que te suenras como en casa. Las camas comodisimas y esta centrico el hotel. Desayuno lo han cambiado a buffet libre.

Hotel limpio con excelente personal. Se nota el paso de los años y le hace falta una renovacion general . El colchón excesivamente blando.
