I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew. Overcharged for carton juices which had a very low MRP but didnt argue as i was extremely upset about the experience. The bottle of water had a kerosene sort of taste and smell but we were still charged for ordering water and no apology. Wont be staying there on our next visit.

i am from London ,i had a pleasant stay at this 4 star hotel for a month 18/2 -18/3/22 ,i tell you i took a risk to book this hotel as there was 0 recommendations on this hotel,but i knew when i was booking , i saw the pictures of the hotel ,and knew it cant be that bad , even my family was shocked and opposed,but as i carried on , i would highly recommend this hotel as i could not find any excuse as i was really treated 1st class by all the members of the staff,the hotel is situated in a quiet part near where all the action of Baga and Calangute is , all the rooms in the hotel is big,but i would recommend poolside room , there is nothing like a suite as i booked one but didnt see one or get one, the dinner food at this hotel is fantastic,the breakfast is normal,i alwayes at there for a month as i didnt want to take risk elsewhere just incase , but i would highly recommend this hotel as i didnt have any excuse for my monthly stay, i would only recommend they improve their room service.
