Just a dated condo for mine workers. Not a real hotel. Furniture was good. No ac. Train noise. Front was under construction. Most choices in city are worse though.

As you know, we have one of the largest copper mines in the world and like other hotel establishments in our city we also host personnel linked to mining as well as tourists who want to know San Pedro de Atacama.Indeed, as you indicate, our hotel does not have air conditioning, we are sorry that your stay has been overshadowed by the temperature in our region.Our hotel has a bioclimatic architecture, which means that its walls absorb the solar radiation of the day storing it and releasing it during the night, this allows us not to use heating or air conditioning, making us an environmentally friendly hotel, pioneers in the region, and accredited with LEED Certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).We extend our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the remodeling of our reception area, which will provide greater comfort and security to our guests and collaborators.We look forward to welcoming you back and giving you the best of us.Have a great day.Best regards,Marisol Wevar M.General Manager

The rooms were comfortable with a nice kitchenette and the staff very helpful.

Nassha, the receptionist and Marisol, the manager were so helpful and kind. They wanted to make sure that everything was taken care of so our stay and travel we're worry free.

Secure and modern facility

We had a great overnight stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was filling and had variety. The staff was courteous and spoke English (or used translate on their phones) to ensure we had good communication, which was kind to my limited Spanish skills. My only complaint was for things outside the hotel's control: because we had to open the windows to cool the unit, the noise from dogs barking, early morning trucks, and loud conversations outside were disturbing to a good night's sleep.

Vern nice motel. Restaurant did not honor drink coupons as advertised on Expedia. We had coupons the motel gave us at check-in but the wait staff said they were only for alcoholic drinks.
