"I rarely write hotel reviews but I really loved our stay here. We were on a long layover and really enjoyed the spacious room and the 5 minute walk to the airport! The staff were lovely and did a nice upgrade for us. The complimentary breakfast had everything! And it’s only a mile from the waterfront where there’s a mall, nice walk, and great restaurants! This was a perfect overnight hotel for us! Nicely designed and welcoming for the journey! We can see in the details that they care about your experience so I wanted to say thank you."

"The location was great, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. My only issue, and this is true for so very many hotels now, is that the shower wall made me worry that I would accidentally flood the bathroom if I wasn't too careful."

"Upon arrival we were told there was no water in the hotel but that it should be back around 6pm. The water did not come back before our check out the next morning. I booked a room with breakfast but was told at the restaurant that my room did not include breakfast. I went to the reception desk and they added the free breakfast to our room but at the same time they also told us that the shuttle to the airport was not available and that they could call me a cab but it would not be covered by the hotel. I only booked this hotel because it offered the breakfast and the shuttle. I ended up with a room with no running water, having to asks for breakfast and pay for a uber. Very bad overall experience"

"The room is clean and nice. Ours is on the fourth floor facing the santa justa elevator...very nice. The hotel is located at a convenient place with easy access to Rossio and Baixa-Chiado metro stations as well as Rossio train station. There are so many nice restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Re. facilities, there was no kettle in the room so we asked for one so that we could make tea ourselves. There were 4 coffee pods provided for the entire stay as they were not replenished after consumption. The same applied to the bottle water. The hotel could well be more generated on these fronts. Members of staff at the reception were polite and helpful. Shame that the lobby of the hotel is so small. Did not have breakfast in the hotel and so could not comment on this."

"This hotel is certainly not for everyone, but it really is a once in a lifetime experience. The staff was excellent, the overall vibe was amazing, and the location is equally close to everything you could ever want yet far enough away for the major tourist area that you can catch your breath. Highly recommend"

"Location is out of the main area but very close to the airport which suited our travel fine. Clean hotel and reasonable facilities. The shower runs cold after a few minutes and this was reported but persisted. Despite requesting, as per instructions, toiletries were not "
