More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

Pros: The people at reception were really pleasant.

Cons: The building and the rooms the personnel seemed fine

Location: Morro de Sao Paulo is an incredible place. It has an incredible atmosphere you feel safe the people are extremely friendly. The beaches are amazing

We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Hotel com ótima estrutura mas necessita de reforma

O hotel em si é excelente, a piscina é o ponto alto, os quartos com varanda também são um charme, no entanto o atendimento deixou muito a desejar, os recepcionistas são mal educados e deixam a impressão de não gostar de atender, os quartos também precisam de reforma, há mofo nas paredes, os ar-condicionados estão bem velhos, entre outros pontos a melhorar. Pelo preço está ok, mas o hotel tem possibilidade de melhorar muito caso queira.
