More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

Pros: The people at reception were really pleasant.
Cons: The building and the rooms the personnel seemed fine
Location: Morro de Sao Paulo is an incredible place. It has an incredible atmosphere you feel safe the people are extremely friendly. The beaches are amazing
We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Não recomendo esse hotel, quarto sujo, pia do improvisada com os cantos creio de crotas preta visivelmente por falta de manutenção. Além disso disponibilizaram apenas 1 lenço para se cobrir 2 pessoas, fui na recepção pegar mais 1 o regente falou que só era permitido 1 por quarto.
Café da manhã o pior de todos os lugares que já tive oportunidade de conhecer, passei 04 dias todos
Todos os dias apenas 1 opção de bolo e solado ( TODOS OS DIAS BOLO SOLADO), leite apenas em líquido, Não tinha batata, banana, iorgute, coisas básicas que um hotel deveria servir, nem se quer tiveram o trabalho de tirar a casca da manga .
Não recomendo este hotel, e não voltarei nunca mais!
Esse foi a segunda vez que me hospedei, na primeira foi em 2019 tive uma boa experiência, em 2024 parece que mudou a gestão e deixou muito, muito a desejar .
