The resort was great. Spa and pool were included.The resort was in a great location full of Palm trees. It does not feel like Australia. Absolutely loved it. Specially the price.

Adequate place to stay that didn’t break the bank. Would be nice to have better facilities for preparing food in the room.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one has to be said. The biggest problem with the property, is not the dated look, or the lack of basic amenities or how it looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s. Its the lack of staff, since they are only available between 8am-5pm, on weekdays, some hours on weekends.
I mean, its a hotel, what's wrong with them. You can check in late or check out early, thats fine. You need extra shampoo? Well, too bad, take a shower next day since the front desk is closed. Internet doesn't work? Well too bad, wait until tomorrow.
Further, they only give you 2 room towels and 2 beach towels (hotel is on a beach), and they then want to charge extra for more towels. FOR TOWELS!!
The overall look is extremely dated and it feels like a 2-star budget hotel.
I would HIGHLY recommend people to NOT stay here, its not worth it
