Location was convenient for our needs, near station. However, the area in general, including exterior of hotel was unkept. The room itself was small, but clean. The bathroom shower ceiling had significant mildew. Breakfast was good value.

Disgusting bathroom ( mildew in the shower )
Stain on the carpet in the bedroom , walls needs to be repainted and dirty walls in closet !
Uncomfortable beds and smelly room . Entrance hall , reception , bar lounge tiny and gloomy ( gross !!! ) . Ugly hotel in a bad area , far from centrum !

I think that it was cheap because the parking and breakfasts were extras and the room was small and the decoration was tacky, also there were no tea and coffee facilities. Having said that, the bed was large and comfy and the breakfast at 9.50€ each was reasonable.
