Great location and pretty grounds. English was somewhat spotty. We enjoyed being able to walk a block or two and be in the heart of the town.

Cute little place in central Cafayate
Posted 9 Mar 2018 on HotelsStayed 2 nights with a friend at Hotel Killa and absolutely loved the place. Very cute and well looked after with a lovely garden and swimming pool. The stafff was extremely friendly and did everything to ensure you were comfortable and had a lovely stay. Breakfast was also nice and the breakfast lovely decorated. Rooms are not big - but cozy and nice and with a lot of personal touch - so absolutely loved it and hope I will manage to get back one day.

Beautiful hotel just off the square
Posted 8 Jul 2017Marta welcomed us to her beautiful garden. Flowers blooming even in winter with views of mountains in the distance. Staff all very friendly. Breakfast delicious with cafe con leche. Old houses which have been converted into rooms and the main building with beautiful beams supporting wooden ceiling and whitewashed walls. All rooms letting out onto the patio and pool and garden. All very lovely. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant... but small changes could make this amazing
Posted 15 Dec 2010This is a charming small inn that could be so much more. It has lovely Spanish style buildings and grounds and nice rooms but a few small things kept it from feeling like a true boutique retreat. The pool is nice but is cold and full of bugs and leaves (I skimmed it myself a couple of times) and has uncomfortable (and not enough) lounge chairs. Our room could have used a fresh coat of paint, nicer bedspreads and a newer fan. There was a feeling of comfort missing that otherwise would have made this a really amazing stay - rather than a standard 3 star experience.

Good experience at Killa Cafayate
Posted 23 Aug 2010 on HotelsKilla in Cafayate looked just like the pictures. The hotel was very restful and attractive. Breakfast was one of the better ones we had in Argentina and the dining room had a nice vibe. Nice shower and comfortable beds.

Lovely hotel
Posted 22 Feb 2018 on HotelsLovely hotel. Beautifully designed with large and comfortable rooms. From our room We had a view of the Church. The staff are very serviceminded but unfortunately only one spoke english. Only drawback is that being situated in town it Can get quite noisy at Night.
