Really impressed with the lovely welcome we received on arrival. Our room was large, clean and comfortable.
The pool, sauna and steam are excellent.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring Carnaerfon.

It was unfortunate that there was also a wedding on the same night as we stayed. Broken glass outside the main door, it was cleared up fast.
Room nice and clean but could do with modernising as the decor was dated.

We enjoyed very much. Very frendly stuff, although we think that mini fridge and water should be provided in the room.

Downstairs area was nice and up to date .upstairs bedroom was tired and needed a refurbishing.

Everything from check in to checking out was perfect, staff very friendly, the pool/spa was so relaxing, will be back
