Was not able to check in due to a tornado earlier today that left the hotel without power. Hotel canceled all reservations.

I truly liked the price I paid for staying here for 3 nights. But you get for what you pay for. My main issue is it seemed dusty. The entrance and breakfast area were clean. It was the stairs and my room that seemed dusty. I’m my room the restroom was dusty and the AC unit in the room needed a new filter. Over all it wasn’t too bad. Thank you to the workers for taking care of us and being so nice .

When we went to check in after having booked online, we were told by the person on duty that the Internet was down. All over the area. We would have to wait. I asked for the lobby restroom. It was not available. We asked if we could leave a card and check in to our room. We had been driving all day. That was not her problem. She was very rude and unapologetic. We went next door to Red Roof Inn and got right in No Internet problem. I have never stayed at a Quality Inn before, and am not likely ever to try again.
