"It was a short business visit but the hotel is nice and conveniently located near the airport.
The included breakfast spread was really good and varied.

A limpeza do quarto que não estava 100%, o chão parecia não ter sido varrido, porém, todo o resto estava limpo. Roupas de cama e banho muito cheirosas e limpas.
Pensamos que o estacionamento era próprio e gratuito por estar escrito “disponível”, mas era pago em outro hotel. Do lado de fora do hotel ficam várias pessoas em situação de rua, mas não nos sentimos...
"This is a well staffed and professionally operated property. Buffet breakfast with many options. Restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Service and Wait staff also excellent.
My only complaint is that building is old and in need of some maintenance and upgrades. But having said that, I would happily return to this property."

"There are two opposite sides this hotel has its windows facing. One side faces the gas station, and the other one faces an open field where the sun sets.
Facilities here are in good conditions, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good, too.
Not sure if the dates of my stay was during a high season, but at night, there is almost none parking spaces."

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
