Nice, very clean room; good breakfast. Good, secure location, near a beautiful park, restaurant, supermarket and shopping center. Staff are courteous, helpful and efficient. The hotel's restaurant has a good menu at reasonable prices. A most pleasant stay.

O quarto estava impecável. Contudo, acredito que o único detalhe foi que no café da manhã há poucas opções sem glúten e sem lactose. O leite se lactose não fica aparente. Além disso, só fui descobrir sobre a opção de tapioca no final. Uma pena, se o garçom já tivesse avisado na chegada ou na recepção na hora do check-in já teria guardado essa informação. Obrigado!

Gostei muito a estrutura do hotel. Só ficamos decepcionadas pois nas fotos do Hotéis.com ainda mostra como se o hotel fosse do Grêmio, e não é mais. Escolhemos esse hotel somente por ser do Grêmio, chegando lá nos disseram que a parceria acabou, meus filhos ficaram muito tristes e decepcionados. A mesa de sinuca que mostra como se fosse uma área de convivência também não estava disponível para os hóspedes.
