The apartment smells musty, is very dirty, and full of dust mites. The carpet is at least 20 years old, with many cigarette burns and glitter from countless carnivals. The bathroom smells musty, and the shower grout looks like it has never been cleaned.

Hotel antigo, e me refiro ao estado de conservação das acomodações, visto que não só poderia tanto quanto deveria realizar manutenção prediais, reformas e melhorias. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, lençóis manchados, ar condicionado antigo (barulhento). Banheiro, além do banho ter uma sinfonia (parece estar espremendo um gato), o box nada limpo, gesso caindo, exaustão barulhenta. Fora ter porta interna entre os quartos, causando um problema de som. A equipe em si é boa, porém falta estrutura. Por último não menos importante, não tem garagem, o que tem é um estacionamento particular ao lado do hotel e acaba tendo um desconto, então fica a ressalva que o hotel não proporciona este item.

Minha experiência no hotel teve pontos positivos e outros que podem melhorar. Ao chegarmos, tivemos um problema inicial: o cartão de acesso não abria a porta do quarto, sendo necessário o auxílio de uma camareira para conseguirmos entrar. Além disso, era um dia muito quente e o ar-condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente. O quarto também não possuía frigobar, tinha uma estrutura mais antiga e as roupas de cama poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e fomos prontamente atendidos pelo Jorge, que foi extremamente gentil, solícito e eficiente, fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. O novo quarto, no mesmo andar, era melhor: já contava com frigobar e o ar funcionava perfeitamente. Como ponto de melhoria, embora o quarto tivesse frigobar, ele estava vazio. Acredito que o hotel perde uma boa oportunidade de aumentar o ticket médio oferecendo itens para consumo no próprio quarto. A área da piscina tem uma vista muito bonita, mas poderia receber mais atenção na conservação. Não utilizei a academia. O grande destaque da estadia foi, sem dúvida, o café da manhã. Localizado no 2º andar, oferece muita variedade e opções de qualidade. O omelete estava delicioso e a cheesecake de queijo com legumes foi simplesmente sensacional. Frutas frescas, café muito bom e uma experiência que realmente surpreende positivamente. A garagem fica ao lado do hotel, é coberta e custa R$ 20 por diária para hóspedes.

Terrível a hospedagem. Ambiente , mofado, com cheiro de barata e com com baratas . Ambiente sujo, lençóis rasgados, travesseiros pior dos que temos em casa de praia. Enfim , paguei caro e foi um traumático. O estacionamento ele é em prédio do lado ambiente escuro , perigoso, precisa pegar elevador se ficar preso ali já era, rezar ave maria para alguém te resgate. Mulheres nem Pensar ir sozinhas! 20 reais a diária do estacionamento.

Tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones al ingresar al hotel pero el personal lo soluciono rápidamente. Si bien el aire es un poco ruidoso para mí no fue un problema. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno es súper completo! Siempre que pasamos por Porto Alegre nos quedamos aquí. Un punto extra es que queda cerca de la autopista!

A internet não funciona nos quartos, em pleno 2026 é inadmissível não ter Wi-Fi. Para trabalhar precisa ir até a recepção ou sair do hotel. O quarto era “arrumado” todos os dias, porém só a cama era feita e toalhas trocadas. O banheiro e o chão não eram limpos. O atendimento é bom.

o hotel parece ser de ótima qualidade, porém tudo lá é antigo, banheiro super antigo e amarelado, ar condicionado mal funciona e fa barulho enorme, frigobar simplesmente desativado, o cartão de liberar o quarto sempre dava problemas, as luzes demoravam horrores pra acender no corredor, na parte de cima parecia estar abandonada a noite, não existia luzes era tudo apagado, parecia realmente um hotel abandonado gente….
