Bad hotel or resort

Different from what I’m expecting, the pictures from Hotel.com is much different . The bar, many rooms are not working anymore coz it’s already damage. There’s no WiFi, the water in the bathroom is not strong all the time. The other rooms on the top of our room had termites. The smell of our room is like been awhile nobody using it. The only good on this hotel is the people who assist us are very nice and the whole area are clean, the swimming pool us well. Nobody will come back again on this hotel or resort. Overall rating 2

Comfortable stay

For 5 nights, we had a spacious and clean upstairs room, comfy bed, big bath (one big room with shower, toilet and sink). The only downside was that we didn't have any hot water, but the "cold" water was comfortable enough to shower in (it was hot and muggy at the time). The staircase to the second floor was a bit steep, so we had to be really careful climbing up and down (it was hard to carry our big suitcases, but the staff helped). Beautiful countryside surroundings next to the sea. We were on a business trip in connection with the Mayor's office of the Cabugao Municipality, so they made sure we had a hearty breakfast at the hotel every day. I'd stay there again, but on the ground floor.

Disaster

Cons: everything or nothing
Location: far and out of range
This Monte Costa is not a hotel nor resort. They were not informed about our reservation. No TV, no internet, no guest except us, the room is empty, they just add a foam for our sleep over. Toilet is outside our room. They compromise if we agreed to transfer to their hotel in vigan which we accepted it with no hesitation
