Excellent location, everything from beach, marina, shopping and restaurants are all walkable. Enjoyed the pool, it was not crowded and view was great. Thought food and drink prices at the pool were high compared to size and quality. Staff is amazing.

All inclusive is only from 10am - 10pm and no other options but 2 restaurants we were here for 5 days and was done with both locations. Also when we went to lunch either place was open until 12:15-1230 afternoon. So if you’re hungry you have to wait. Let me say this the food was amazing and not bland at all. We normally stay at a resort on beach instead of marina and so glad we did and was worth it. Just didn’t like no drinks before 10am or after 10 pm. Or waiting to get lunch etc. We had our room cleaned and they never refilled our fridge with drinks since we were allowed to drink 2 sodas, 2 waters, 2 beers not sure what happened there. Reyna and jessica was awesome server out at lighthouse restaurant.

This hotel has a great location right in central Cabo San Lucas near restaurants, shops, and the mall. The staff are very friendly and do a great job. The clientele is working / middle class and I heard some dumb MAGA talk. I have just a few (minor) complaints. The air conditioning temperature was fixed at 76 degrees and the overhead fan stopped working on the last day. Also, I had all-inclusive and the drinks were quite weak IMO.

Tesoro Los Cabos treated my wife and me well! Breakfast buffet was great; however, lunch and dinner menu limited but good also. Will stay there again!

The location is the best in Cabo if you’re looking for excursions and to have an action-filled trip. The dessert menu was lacking a little bit but that is my only complaint if you can even consider that a complaint.

It’s the perfect resort for me! They keep everything clean and all the employees in any capacity are kind and courteous. The location on the Marina is perfect and I will continue to come back year after year!
