Having different areas to choose to spend your day was nice. Most of the specialty restaurants did not have a great variety of menu options. Buffet was always a good fall back.

Absolutely loved this resort. It is MASSIVE. So many areas and activities. Great dining options. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend this place to all!

The Riu Palace was an excellent resort for a great value. They took care of me and my wife for our wedding on site. They surpassed all of our expectations for our special day. Would recommend this resort and their services to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing resort so clean and has everything you need. Staff are great and very friendly! Cannot wait to come back. Only thing is the pillows are a little uncomfortable!

It's a great property and once you figure out what the good food is (for you), has great dining. If you're able-bodied, it's hard to top this place. That said, it was designed by a stair fetishist. Ultimately it's probably good for us who are just lazy, but if you do have any kind of mobility issues, look elsewhere.

Customer service was not good specially the day when u r leaving , noone understand english , they mafe us miss transfer to airport and noone helped us even to hire taxi . Everything was included

Our stay for two was perfect! The property itself is very nice, the rooms are “outdated” but I knew that based off of other reviews. I personally do not care about the rooms as long as they are clean, functioning and well equipped (which they were). You spend the least amount of time in the room anyways! Super close to the beach, I like how you can use both resorts. We only ate at the buffets and they were good, lots of options. Staff was nice, no complaints! would stay here again :) I saw a lot of negative reviews on how it was noisy, which was not the case for us. Everyone who complained did decide to go during spring break which is expected
