Area around hotel was dirty with lots of trash. Safe, good service, great price. Good restaurants near.

Do not stay in this hotel. The place was dirty, and the managers were rude and incompetent - it took about 2 hours to make a check-in. Do not take TV controls without cleaning them - very dirty. Do not use the towels, they wanted us to pay for using the towels.

In a line, DO NOT STAY HERE but if you need details, there are roaches, people drinking on the property, very dirty TV controls, plumbing issues, they have parking for 3 cars for the entire business, etc. When checking out, they reviewed all towels and sheets to find any type of dirt so they could keep the $25 deposit. They do not understand the towels are to be used. The have buckets collecting water from leaks. We needed to leave the bags at about 4 pm to come back after 6 pm and they did not allow us to leave the bags. Bizzzarrooooo

Afuera de mi habitación se encontraban personas consumiendo drogas, mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado por lo que tuve que solicitar cambio de piso y me pidieron $600 pesos de depósito, querían que lo pagara en efectivo y al comentarles que tenía sólo tarjeta se portaron de forma grosera y me solicitaron que trajera efectivo y les pagara el depósito
